I kept seeing the same thing.
15+ years across consulting, strategy, tech and startups, and it was always some version of this: good people, good ideas, good technology — and none of it talking to each other.
A strategy sitting pretty in a deck nobody opened again. A sales team quietly working around a process everyone knew was broken. A piece of tech that solved one problem while three others kept piling up. And somewhere in there, someone saying "let's just add another tool."
So I started Blue Duck to be the thing that was missing — a team that doesn't hand you a plan and disappear, but actually helps you make it work.
"I don't start with technology. I start with the business problem."
